PRODUCT RETURNS POLICY

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Items that are opened or returned more than 30 days after delivery may not be eligible for a refund

Text Messaging Service refund policy

Refunds : (1) All requests for refunds due to cancellation or withdrawal must be made in writing and presented in person or by certified mail. (2) If notice is received within three business days after enrollment, all monies paid will be refunded. (3) After 3 business days of this agreement, monthly prorated subscription fee will be refunded less processing fee ($10).
