Brain Educator, lecturer and world activist Ilchi Lee won the Arizona Book Awards’ “Glyph” for two of his recent books – Brain Wave Vibration: Getting Back into the Rhythm of a Happy, Healthy Life and In Full Bloom: A Brain Education Guide for Successful Aging, co-authored with Jessie Jones, Ph.D.
Published by BEST Life Media, Brain Wave Vibration won the award for the Psychology/Self-Help category, and In Full Bloom won for the Health/Wellness/Nutrition category.
The Glyph Awards are named after the ancient Native American written symbols found in the Southwest.
Lee said, “Beyond being pleased to receive this recognition as an author, I view these awards as confirmation of the relevance of these topics to help people improve their lives and create a better world – through Brain Wave Vibration training for everyone’s total health and Brain Education for those wanting to age successfully.”
Just recently, the same two books won the Living Now Book Awards, with Brain Wave Vibration receiving the Gold Medal in the Meditation/Relaxation category, and In Full Bloom earning the Silver Medal in the Mature Living/Anti-Aging category.
BEST Life Media, LLC produces educational and life-enhancing books, CDs, DVDs, and gifts designed to help people support a lifestyle based on continuous personal growth and enrichment. Most of their products are focused around Ilchi Lee’s Brain Education System Training (BEST), a five-step system of self-development encompassing simple mind-body techniques and cutting-edge scientific understanding of the brain.
Brain Wave Vibration highlights the simplest and most powerful BEST method, which taps into a person’s natural rhythm to maximize the potential of their brain. In Full Bloom expands this concept into the field of successful aging, the specialty of co-author Dr. Jessie Jones. It goes through the five steps of BEST and offers both mental and physical exercises to make one’s brain creative and productive at every age.
Ilchi Lee is president of the International Brain Education Association and BrainWorld.com.
