H.S.P
Your H.S.P. Index (Heightened Sensory Perception) to a better life
H.S.P. stands for Heightened Sensory Perception, which, when practiced, essentially means being in better touch with what makes you tick and the state of the world around you.
But practicing H.S.P. is simply a means to an end. And the real end-game, or meaning, of H.S.P. is Health, Smile (a.k.a. Happiness) and Peace.
The World Health Organization defines health as “a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.” To achieve this true state of health, the body, mind and spirit must all work together harmoniously.
Depending on the choices you make in life, there exists in the human brain the capacity to achieve health, happiness and peace. If we believe in the infinite potential of our brain, then humanity will ultimately enjoy H.S.P.
H.S.P. is not an abstract concept, but one that can actually be measured and improved.
Here are some ways to better your H.S.P.
Improve your health, which includes proper diet, exercise and rest.
Accentuate your happiness, by being proactive in your relationships, offering praise and gratitude to those you care about, laughing often and heartily and setting positive goals.
Increasing your peace index by realizing that all things are connected and the choices you make can actually change the world; helping others in ways you can and protecting and cultivating the environment.
